LAMPIX8 Software

LAMPIX8 Software is designed to perform analysis using isothermal PCR and Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP and RT-LAMP) methods for DNA and RNA with the LAMPIX8 instrument.

The Software provides the following functionality:

• Real-time data acquisition and processing from the instrument during analysis.
• Plotting of amplification curves based on the received data.
• Configuration of instrument operation modes and analysis results.
• Processing of results in automatic or manual modes.
• Saving raw analysis data in .csv format, images of amplification curve graphs, and reports in .pdf format.

The instrument can operate in two modes:

• With preheating: Scanning of samples begins once the set analysis temperature is reached.
• Without preheating: Scanning of samples begins immediately after pressing the Start button.

In both cases, the analysis time is counted from the moment the set analysis temperature is reached.

In the mode with preheating, after entering the analysis parameters and pressing the Start button, the analysis process will begin once the set temperature is achieved.
