The QuattroPlex Lab software is designed to perform multiplex immunofluorescence analysis using the QuattroPlex Lab device and output the results.
The software implements the following main functions:
- selection and creation of an analysis protocol;
- starting and stopping the analysis;
- output of a graph of the distribution of fluorescent beads;
- processing of analysis results;
- calculation of sample concentration values using standards;
- saving the analysis data and reports;
- display of the results of analyses;
- create, edit, and perform maintenance operations.
