QuattroPlex Lab Software

The software for controlling the multiplex biomarker analysis system is designed to perform multiplex immunofluorescence analysis using the QuattroPlex Lab instrument and to display the results.

The software for controlling the multiplex biomarker analysis system is supplied as part of the purchased QuattroPlex Lab instrument and does not require installation by the user.

The software for controlling the multiplex biomarker analysis system performs the following main functions:

• selection and creation of an analysis protocol;
• starting and stopping the analysis;
• displaying a distribution chart of fluorescent particles by region;
• processing analysis results for each selected region;
• calculating sample concentration values using standards;
• saving analysis data in .csv format and reports in .pdf format;
• displaying results of previous analyses;
• creating, editing and performing maintenance operations.

The operating manual is supplied together with the QuattroPlex Lab instrument as the information required for the operation of the software. An electronic version of the operating manual is also available by clicking the Help button in the software on the QuattroPlex Lab instrument.

The cost of the software for controlling the multiplex biomarker analysis system is included in the price of the QuattroPlex Lab instrument. The possibility of supplying the software for controlling the multiplex biomarker analysis system separately from the instrument, as well as its cost, is determined upon request.
