Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679, the Council of Europe Convention of 28.01.1981 EDS No. 108 "On the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data" and applies to Personal Data that the website https://aivok.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website) may receive from the User.
1. Definition of Terms

1.1.4. 5. Terms of processing personal data
5.1. The processing of Personal Data of Users is carried out:

4) the impossibility of ensuring the legality of the processing of personal data;

6.3.5. appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of Personal data or in court against illegal actions or inactions during the processing of his Personal data;
6.3.6. to protect his rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and (or) compensation for moral damages in court.
7. Additional conditions
7.1. The Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site;
7.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent and / or notification of the User. Changes come into force from the moment of publication of the updated Policy on the Site;
